ADVANCED SECURITY SYSTEM FOR WOMEN
ABSTRACT
This
project provides better security to the women, whenever they are in dangerous
condition. The device consists of two major parts such as transmitter section
and receiver section. The transmission of signals between transmitter to
receiver is GSM technology. Three types of sensors used are temperature sensor,
vibration sensor and heart beat sensor.
In this present situation, the safety of
women is being a big question we are facing all over the world. If they go
anywhere alone, there are so many chances for theft, murder & etc. Nowadays
criminal activities are considerably increased, because of the people’s
mentality. Due to this reasons, women get afraid to go outside alone. Even
though there is spy camera type surveillance in many areas, the criminal
activities are only in the increasing manner. In order to overcome the above
disadvantages, this project is proposed.
Wherever a woman
faces any dangerous situation, they tend to shout, this sound is given as input
to mic. A small amount of voice is enough for mic input. It amplifies and
provides output to the respective control room. GSM technology is used here for
the better data transfer from transmitter and respective control room which is
the receiver.
INTRODUCTION
In
this present situation, the safety of women is being a big question we are
facing all over the world. If they go anywhere alone, there are so many chances
for theft, murder & etc. Nowadays criminal activities are considerably increased,
because of the people’s mentality. Due to this reasons, women get afraid to go
outside alone. To overcome this problem, we are proposing a system which
provides better security and perfect management system. It consists of three
sensors.
They are heart beat sensor, temperature sensor
and vibration sensor and microphone. In this setup, heart beat sensor is used
to monitor the heart beat rate. Normally, a human heart can beat from 68 to 76
per minute. If it exceeds this limit, heart beat sensor gives input to the
microcontroller as logic ‘1’, and then it processes and provides output.
Whenever a person can meet any shock or sudden change, it causes the increase
or decrease of heart beat range of women when compared to men. The second
proposed sensor is temperature sensor. Temperature sensor is used to monitor
the body temperature periodically and provides as same for heart beat sensor
and gives input for microcontroller for further process. It gives accurate
output.
The third proposed sensor is vibration sensor.
Vibration sensor is used in continuous monitoring of the vibrations of the
women’s body. Whenever a women meets a sudden changes in the environment like
robberies, theft, murder, etc.., It is indicated by vibration sensor. The
additional feature which is added to this setup is microphone input. Wherever a
women faces any dangerous situation, they tend to shout, this sound is given as
